“Azpetrol” company increased the number of its filling stations to 110.
Azpetrol, the company with the largest fuel station network in Azerbaijan, commissioned its 110th modular-type filling station in Aghkand village, Khojavand region 2800, in line with its strategic development plan on August 17.
The new filling station will offer for sale AI-92, AI-95 and diesel fuel. Thus, Azpetrol has increased the total number of its filling stations to 110.
One of Azpetrol’s strategic priorities in recent years has been the restoration and expansion of its operations in the liberated territories. The company has contributed to the “Great Return” process by establishing modular-type filling stations in Zangilan, Fuzuli, Shusha, Lachin, Khankandi, Khojavand, Aghdara and Sugovushan regions, as well as filling stations in Jabrayil and Hadrut regions. These projects serve to the economic revitalization of the regions, infrastructure development and increased employment.
Please note that Azpetrol’s first filling station, “Spartak,” was opened, at 1013 settlement, Moscow Avenue, Nasimi District, Baku city on July 15, 1997.
Currently, the company operates 110 filling stations equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and covering most of Azerbaijan’s economic regions, as well as one liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) station and one compressed natural gas (CNG) terminal meeting modern standards. For the storage of fuel products, the company has three oil depots and one motor transport depot. The company’s vehicle fleet consists of a total of 177 trucks, of which 172 are fuel tankers, one sewage tanker, one cargo truck, one tow truck and two liquid-carrying vehicles. In addition, the company operates eight CNG dispensing points, four LPG dispensing points and 77 electric vehicle charging points.
The company’s service network includes one hotel, eight motels, as well as various catering and service facilities operating at most of its filling stations. Azpetrol currently employs more than 4,000 people.
